“International conference on Entrepreneurship in a globalized world” was conducted in association with DePaul University Chicago on 13th and 14th December 2013. Dr. K. B Kolte, Director General, Institute of Management Studies, Ahmadnagar, Pune inaugurated the Conference. Dr. Brian Gilomen, Professor, De Paul University, Chicago was the key note speaker. The sessions were handled by Mr. V. K. Mathews, MD, IBS and Dr. Ronald Fernandez, Asst. Director, School of Public Service, DePaul University, Chicago. Dr. Anandakuttan Unnithan, Professor, IIM, Kozhikode, Mr. Sijo Kuruvilla, CEO, Startup Village, Kalamassery, Dr. V.D Barve, HoD, Dept. Of Commerce, Ahmadnagar College, Pune and Dr. Chitale, Director, Department of Management Studies, Ahmadnagar College, Pune, Dr. K. B Kolte, Director General, Institute of Management Studies, Ahmadnagar College, Pune, Prof. K. P. Mani, Former HOD, Dept. of Economics, University of Calicut were the resource persons. As a part of conference 40 paper presentations chaired by eminent personalities were held.

Global Management Colloquium 2014 "Workplace Wellness"
De Paul School of Management and NIPM Kerala Chapter organized Global Management Colloquium-2014 on workplace wellness at Hotel Airlink Castle, Athani, Cochin, on 11th December 2014. It gives an excellent international platform for sharing knowledge on workplace wellness, which discusses topic like Wellbeing at the workplace and the impact on productivity, wellness and conflict management – possibilities, CSR and employees volunteering, employee engagement etc. Noted resource persons and guests like Dr. Steven Onken Associate Professor, Department of Social Work, University of Northern Iowa, Ms. Amanda Kruger, President of the Australian Association of Social Workers North Queensland Branch; Prof. Lambert Engel Brecht, Department of Social Work at Stellenbosch University, South Africa make the forum alive.

International Conference on “Triple Bottom Line for Sustainability
An International Conference on “Triple Bottom line for sustainability, the role of Government, Corporate and Non Profit Sectors” was held on 19th and 20th of December 2016 at I M A House Kaloor in association with De Paul University Chicago. The valedictory message was delivered by Dr. Sashi Tharoor, MP and Dr. M C Dileepkumar Vice chancellor of Sanskrit University also was present in the occasion. Different technical sessions led by veterans in their respective fields like Rev. Fr. Dr. Noel Seth, SJ, Dr. Biju Varkkey, Professor IIM Ahmedabad, Dr. M.C. Valsan, Director School of Environment and Law NUALS Cochin, Dr. Ronald Fernandez, Associate Director, School of Public Service, University Chicago, Mr. T.K. Jose IAS, Principal Secretary Local Government, Government of Kerala, Mr. M.D. Varghese, Head IR and CSR, Cochin Shipyard, Dr. K.P. Mani, professor and head, Department of Economics University of Calicut, Mr. George Thomas, Executive director ESAF microfinance etc made the conference intellectually rejuvenating. Total of 70 abstracts were received of which 53 papers were presented in three parallel sessions on the first and second day. The research papers presented broadly covered areas of corporate social responsibility, sustainability in food production, marketing, finance, HR and its impact on the environment.

International Conference on “Breakthrough to Excellence”
The theme of the conference was excellence. The conference was conducted in online mode in the Cisco Webex platform. Registration of the conference was open to professionals, Management Practitioners, academicians, research scholars and students.

The conference was started at 10 am on 9th December. Dr Geo Baby, Director school of management welcomed the gathering. Rev.Fr.(Dr) John Mangalath VC addressed the participants and delegates. The conference was inaugurated by Dr. Anandakuttan Unnithan, Dean IIM Kozhikode. He pointed out the importance of excellence in the field of finance, HR Marketing and all other fields of management.

The 2nd day session was started at 9 am. Keynote address was given by Dr. Ringo Rajagopal, CEO, uMobi solutions corporation, New Jersey, USA. He shared with the participants his thoughts on building organisational excellence through visionary leadership.

A total of 14 participants presented their papers during 2 days of the conference. The panellists were Prof. Dr. Mani K P: Management Research Expert, Mr. M. S. Sreekumar: President B2N Consulting and Dr. Sajithamony: Data Analyst.

Best paper award were given to Prasanth P John, Research scholar, Karunya University, Coimbatore for paper titled ‘Effect of Employee Welfare measures on Employee satisfaction in Textile Industry in Kerala’. Cash prize of 5000 and certificate was given.

From the students' group, best paper award was given to Lakshmi B for paper titled Theory of Planned Behaviour Approach to Socially Responsible Investing . Cash prize of 3000 and certificate were given.
